Fallout Merch Roundup - April 2020

This is a weekly-ish series of posts covering the latest releases, pre-order list sorted by release date, and hot deals of the week!! Aight~ I've skipped more than a few weeks this time 😂 so I'll try something new: posting to my Discord server and Instagram as I come across new merch finds, and do merch roundup on the last day of the month on here and on my Instagram. I'll adjust this if needed but right now new merch is still coming in at a slow pace, but maybe that'll change now that Fallout 76 seems to be picking up with the new Wastelanders expansion? We'll find out!!

 

Vault Boy of the Month #66 - Live Well by Bethesda Gear

**PRE-ORDER PERIOD IS CLOSED** Ohh what an interesting shirt design considering everything that's going on right now. 😅 Full-color version of the 'Live Well' Vault Boy poster as seen in Fallout 4 on Storm Heather color on cotton/poly blend t-shirts for Men's/Unisex and tri-blend (cotton/poly/rayon) for Women's. Comes with a matching sticker! Previously available at Bethesda Gear for $25, ETA May 2020.


So what the hell is the Vault Boy of the Month program? It's Bethesda Gear's monthly program where they release a limited edition t-shirt with a matching sticker that's available for one week only. A new design goes up every fourth Tuesday of the month and orders close the following Tuesday at 11pm EST, available in Men's/Unisex S-3XL and Women's S-2XL sizes.


Nuka-Cola My Blood's In It T-Shirt by Bethesda Gear

This is based on artwork as seen in the Wastelanders expansion for Fallout 76, but I think it's a pretty cool design on its own 😉❤ anything Nuka-Cola seems to be a hot seller IMHO. Cotton/Poly crew neck t-shirt in a 'Red Heather' color with a large graphic print on the front and Fallout text logo on the back right under the neckline in Men's/Unisex S-3XL sizes. Comes with a free sticker! Available for pre-order at Bethesda Gear for $25, ETA End of May 2020.


NOTE: Currently only S and 2XL sizes are left for pre-order, but if you click on the size you want you'll get a pop up where you can sign up for e-mail notifications when they restock your size!


April Pin of the Month: Mr. Handy by Bethesda Gear

I remember the lithograph that used this same artwork, and I think this is such a cute concept for a pin design! 🤖🐶 This is a 2-piece soft enamel pin set measuring approximately 2.6"-2.7" (6.6mm-6.86mm) in width connected by a chain 'leash' as Mr. Handy is walking the dogs after all! This is limited to 600 pieces, so if you're thinking about grabbing this one don't wait!! Available for pre-order now at Bethesda Gear for $25, ETA May 2020.


Vault-Tec Representative Bundle

'Good morning! Vault-Tec calling!' I can't read that line without hearing his voice, haha. Here's a cute lil' set that comes with the following:


  • Banner - on polyester fabric, 36"W x 48"H

  • Certificate of Admission - 7"W x 5"H

  • Enamel Pin Set - Vault door gear design (1.5" x 1.48") and Vault-Tec van (1.7"x1.1") on a matching business card backer

  • Vault-Tec trophy statue - 6.75"W


All packaged in a 'Vault-Tec Industries Box' (8.66"L x 6.69"W x 5.9"H) so I could see this being an amazing gift idea if you're looking for one, just slap a pretty bow on top and you're good to go! I really love the idea of a banner because it's wall decor that's something different from the usual prints, posters, and lithographs plus I could see cosplayers like myself using as a backdrop for photos! Oh, and of course I love the little enamel pin set and the card backing is the same card used by the door-to-door representatives. I also really love the packaging design of the box too, TBH I'm not huge on keeping packaging for my collectibles (please don't yell at me LMAO) but I'd definitely keep this one! The only thing I'm not really feeling is the Vault-Tec trophy statue...? I dunno what I'd even do with that haha, I think something like a desk name plate and door sign set would have been cool. Nuka World Flag by Bethesda Gear

MOAR flags but it's not anything faction related this time, this one is for the Nuka World fanatics! Same deal as the other flags though, this has a graphic on one side measuring 5'W x 3"H with two grommets on the left side, and made out of a polyester fabric. Lightweight! Perfect if you're looking for some new wall decor, or if you're a cosplayer like me who's looking for a cool new photo backdrop, or even potential gift ideas for the fellow Fallout fan in your life! Available for purchase now at Bethesda Gear for $15.


Fallout Collection by Graph Gaming

Here's some new merch I found while browsing the Fallout tag earlier this month, haha. I'm loving the streetwear inspired designs, and I'd also like to add that their merch is 100% officially licensed. I got a sneak peek of their merch at PAX West last year, unfortunately I didn't get to shop as their booth was PACKED. They definitely had some nice quality merch though! Their sizes run in Men's/Unisex up to 2XL, and I believe everything is done in a limited run so once it sells out that's it. Shop here.

Funny, I was just on their site to grab a shop link when I saw they added a whole bunch of graphic tees. I think they're trying to kill me lmao 💀 I already have the Critters, S.P.E.C.I.A.L., and Pip-Boy tees in my cart! It looks like all of these run in Men's/Unisex XS-2XL, and again, I believe these are done in limited runs so once a size sells out that's it. Shop here.


It's like 4am PST and I just noticed they added a few more things lmao 💀 non-clothing items this time: a journal, metal keychain, and beanie! I'm pretty sure these are by BioWorld, but wow I haven't seen these in stock anywhere in a LONG time. So if you missed out, now would be a good time to grab 'em! Shop here.


!! PRICE DROP !! T-51 Power Armor Helmet Nuka-Cola Edition at GameStop (Exclusive)

I swear this was still $50 not even a few days ago, I did a triple take to make sure it really got price dropped another $10 to $39.99, haha. FYI these are REFURBISHED as they were recalled last year due to a mold risk with the fabric insert, I haven't heard anything bad aside from the inside of the inside of the helmet possibly reeking of disinfectant spray so if you plan on picking one up make sure it's in an open space so you can air it out if needed. Also not mentioned (like... at all) is you also get a Nuka Girl poster, T-51 Nuka-Cola helmet soft enamel pin, Nuka-Cola bottlecap soft enamel pin, and Thirst Zapper metal keychain. I think this is all a really fucking amazing deal for $40 and probably the lowest price these will go. I expect these to go fast so if you're looking for a budget friendly gift idea or looking to pick a few up for custom paint jobs, don't wait too long! Shop here.


Gaming Chair by noblechairs

If you missed out on the DXRacer chair and must absolutely have a Fallout branded gaming chair, your prayers have been answered thanks to noblechairs! I haven't seen anything aside from the initial announcement earlier this month, but poking around on their site it looks like this will probably run you a couple hundred, easily. Do these 'gaming chairs' really make a difference? 😅 I'm genuinely curious because my desk chair is from IKEA and it's okay, no complaints from me as it's affordable and it's been serving me well so far. I also know my cats would tear any of these nicer looking gamer chairs to absolute shit because of the upholstery, haha.
