How's the weather?

Here it's been insanely cold and gloomy, we got the worst of it around 2am last night and I stayed up to make sure my cats were okay. LOL Kainé and Emil both freaked out a little bit and found safe spots to hide, while Yoru didn't seem bothered at all. 😅 Maynard's box on our porch got completely rained on, so that had to be tossed, a bit of a bummer considering I just changed it yesterday and it was one of those nice Costco shipping boxes too!

Also, if you're new here/need a refresher/just here for the cat tax here's Maynard:

He's a stray cat we've been taking care of since March 2023, IIRC and his full name is Maynard James Kat (yes, after Maynard James Keenan). He has the prettiest green eyes and lovely eyeliner to match! 😆💚 He has a pretty inconsistent schedule, sometimes we'll see him every day for multiple meals, and other times we won't see him for 2-3 weeks at a time. I'd love to get to a point where we can trap him, take him to the vet, and let him decide if he'd like to retire from the streets and enjoy the indoor life 😅🥺 it's been a slow process (again, especially with him showing up inconsistently) but it is something we've been working on. I feel bad that we can't do more for him when the weather is like this, but he also has a spot under our outdoor furniture covers to stay warm and covered from the rain if needed!

Anyways, my laundry timer just went off so time to get that taken care of, then finally start editing my Anime LA photosets so I can get those posted! Has it really been a month since the con ended?! Where did the time go LMAO
