Character & Series: Vault Boy from Fallout
Merchandise Information: 4"L x 1.5"H ribbon with 'Wasteland Wanderer' and Vault Boy giving his signature thumbs up pose printed on. I'm pretty sure these were made on Ribbons Galore because I really don't know who else makes them, haha.
Personal Thoughts: I unfortunately can't remember who gave this to me, but it was during the Fallout Gathering at WonderCon 2015!
