I've been cosplaying since 2007 and I'm entirely self taught, meaning I've never taken any formal classes. It's funny, because I've always been interested in sewing when I was a kid but never picked it up until way later in life. I make most of my own stuff from scratch because I (...mostly) enjoy the creative process behind it from start to finish, but it's also fun to buy something pre-made and not have to worry about all that. I still consider myself a hobbyist and do this just for fun, so I hope to keep at it for many more years to come.
